An international credit management mandate in two very complex countries, two success stories.
It has been an honor to support RTS , a leading company since 1981 in providing software solutions for the corrugated cardboard industry, operating in various parts of the world including the Middle East, Latin America and Europe. RTS is a highly significant company in the field of out-of-court credit management and recovery activities in two crucial areas for our exports. Together, we have achieved two success stories in Mexico and Dubai.
Total Italian exports to Mexico and the United Arab Emirates, in fact, exceeded 9 billion euros in 2023. Despite the obvious economic and strategic importance of the two countries, characterized by growing economies, it is correct to note that both are characterized by complex judicial systems, not only from the side of the “Democracy Index” but also from the point of view of costs and time of justice. The success of Invenium Legaltech becomes even more relevant when these complexities are higlighted.
For this reason, we are so happy to have successfully managed international debt collection activities in both countries, maintaining an out-of-court scenario and thus avoiding the high costs of legal management and the risk of judgment. These management activities were promoted by the internal legal department. The role of Virginia Boroni was crucial, as she developed excellent strategies that have led to us discussing these success stories of our company today.
